From AhaChat to an open-source agentic platform
Our journey began in 2018 with AhaChat, at a time when messaging was rapidly becoming the primary way customers connect with businesses. As users shifted to chat, businesses struggled to manage and scale those conversations effectively, creating the need for a better solution.
In 2020, we became an official Business Messaging Partner, helping businesses automate conversations and drive growth across messaging channels.
By 2023, we expanded further as a WhatsApp Tech Partner, enabling businesses to scale communication globally.
Today, we are proud to introduce ChatbotX as an open-source, agentic AI platform that empowers businesses to build intelligent, autonomous conversations across messaging channels, turning every interaction into an opportunity for growth.
