Unlike closed platforms with feature restrictions and pricing tiers, ChatbotX is built as a developer-friendly, agentic omnichannel platform with AI agents, full flexibility, and no lock-in.

ChatbotX currently supports Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Zalo, and WebChat. Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and more are coming soon.

You can self-host ChatbotX to use it for free forever. For the Cloud version, we offer a 14-day free trial with no limits on contacts, channels, or team members, and no credit card required. After the trial, you can choose to upgrade or simply stop using the service.

ChatbotX payment goes through Stripe checkout. We support any type of Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit card, and JCB. If you would like to pay with a different option, please make sure you contact support.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Since we offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, all paid subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.

ChatbotX is proudly open-source, built with transparency and long-term reliability in mind. You can review the entire codebase, use it for your own purposes, or self-host it on your own infrastructure. If you ever decide to move from the Cloud version to self-hosting, you can export your Flows as JSON and import them seamlessly. You're always in control of your data and your system.
