Yes. ChatbotX is free to self-host on your own VPS with no licensing fees. If you prefer a managed experience, you can start with our 7-day free trial on the cloud.

We price based on Active Contacts - real people you interact with during a monthly billing period, whether that happens through a message or an automation. No matter how many times you message the same person in a month, they're only counted once.

ChatbotX payment goes through Stripe checkout. We support any type of Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit card, and JCB. If you would like to pay with a different option, please make sure you contact support.

Start with a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required, but you won't be charged during the trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew based on your selected plan. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard.

ChatbotX is proudly open-source, built with transparency and long-term reliability in mind. You can review the entire codebase, use it for your own purposes, or self-host it on your own infrastructure. If you ever decide to move from the Cloud version to self-hosting, you can export your Flows as JSON and import them seamlessly. You're always in control of your data and your system.
