AI Agent can read documents and provide answers that are more accurate and more aligned with your business operations. Your business can upload files to provide extra context and guide the AI Agent on how to answer customer questions. You can attach multiple documents to the same AI Agent.

Steps to add documents to Knowledge

To add data sources for your Agent, follow this structure:
  1. Upload a new document: Go to Knowledge from the navigation menu. Click Upload file and choose a document from your computer.

  1. Manage the list: The Knowledge screen shows all uploaded documents, including file name, format, size, and creation time. You can search, manage, or delete documents here.
  2. Link to the AI Agent: After the file is uploaded, edit your AI Agent. In the Agent’s knowledge settings, select one or more uploaded documents to attach to that Agent.

You can upload common formats such as:

  • PROPERTIES

  • XLS
  • PPT
  • MSG
  • EPUB

(Note: The maximum upload size may be limited to around 25 MB depending on the underlying AI platform you use, such as OpenAI. If you need to work with larger files, contact the integration support team for guidance.)
