Bulk Actions - ChatbotX Documentation

Bulk Actions lets you apply the same action to multiple contacts at once inside the Contacts interface.

Start with Bulk Actions

Open the Contacts page

Go to Contacts from the left menu.

Select contacts

Tick the checkbox for one or more contacts.

Open the Actions menu

Click Actions to open the list of available actions.

Choose the action

Select the action you want to apply to the chosen contacts.

Action	Result
`Assign`	Assign the contact to an assignee
`Add Tag`	Apply a Tag to the contact
`Set Custom Field`	Set a value in a `Custom Field`
`Delete`	Delete the contact
`Export`	Export the contact list
`Import`	Open the contact import screen

Inside the Actions menu, click More to open additional actions.

Action	Result
`Remove Tag`	Remove a Tag from the contact
`Clear Custom Field`	Clear the value inside a `Custom Field`
`Disable Bot`	Turn off the Bot for the selected contacts
`Enable Bot`	Turn the Bot back on for the selected contacts
`Archive Conversation`	Archive the conversations of the selected contacts
