How do you get started?
Create your ChatbotX account
Go to cloud.chatbotx.io and sign up for an account. You can sign in with Google or register with Email. ChatbotX offers a Free Forever plan with a 14-day free trial that includes unlimited features, and you do not need to enter a credit card.
Connect your first channel
Open Channels and connect your Facebook Page, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, or Zalo OA. Each channel includes its own step-by-step setup guide.
Build your first Flow
Go to Automation > Flows, click + Create Flow, and build your first chatbot scenario. Starting with a simple welcome message is enough.
